Multiple OS in VPS Web Hosting
Our virtual private server plans feature three Linux releases that you may select from for the Operating System of your new hosting server - Debian, Ubuntu and CentOS. Apart from being absolutely free, the OSs are extremely stable and safe and the reason to offer the three of them is to ensure that you'll be able to run each application that you'd like, because different pieces of software may have different requirements in terms of the environment they work on. Each of the three OSs is backed by a huge community of developers who have made a large number of software packages that you can install and use on your VPS. Based on the Operating System which you pick, you will also be able to select between 3 different Control Panels to handle your hosting content. Of course, should you decide that you need a different OS, we can always reinstall the server with it. As an additional upgrade, we also offer you weekly updates of the OS for optimum stability and security.
Multiple OS in Dedicated Servers Hosting
We offer three Operating Systems with our dedicated server solutions - CentOS, Ubuntu and Debian. They are all different Linux distributions and we offer them not only because they're free so they won't increase the cost of your new server, but also because they are really stable and secure. Each of them is supported by a large community of web developers, so you'll be able to choose from thousands of software packages that you may install on your server in case the application that you would like to employ has certain requirements. The Operating System will also determine what web hosting Control Panel you can use as the Control Panels that we offer run on specific OSs only and because we would like to give you as much flexibility as possible, we offer a couple of OSs and multiple Control Panels. In case you get a server with a certain OS, we could change it upon request if it turns out that you'll need alternative one. We can also keep your OS updated weekly as a part of our additional Managed Services upgrade.
